FoodUnfolded is a global digital platform that creates and distributes content on the latest food and agricultural innovations. The University Hohenheim is a campus university located south of Stuttgart, Germany. It currently pursues research in health, nutrition, agriculture, consumer protection, environmental protection, economics, and communication.
Task
Develop scientifically informed content focusing on vegan nutrition.
Implementation/Results
In collaboration with EIT Food and the University Hohenheim, we created scientifically sound content for the online platform FoodUnfolded. B2B readers received evidence-based whitepapers on the key study findings related to vegan nutrition.
