Mitsubishi Chemicals had already done a lot to reduce its environmental impact and advance the circular economy. It was now looking for a new approach to effectively communicate its previous achievements and drive the change process forward.
Task
Advice on optimising and communicating the circular economy in Europe.
Implementation/Results
Together with the client, we developed the foundations for a CE (Circular Economy) communication strategy and its implementation in Europe. We identified the central communication topics that form the basis for all further measures and defined key messages and statements for internal and external communication in Europe. This helped us to develop recommendations for relevant communication tools and a content concept for presenting best cases, as well as defining communication channels and KPIs.
