The former industrial site of the Osram light bulb factory, later Narva, near the River Spree, became one of the most attractive service centres in Berlin after comprehensive modernisation in the mid-90s by HVB Immobilien AG / UniCredit Group. However, competition was fierce, with many other service centres emerging simultaneously in the city.
Task
HVB Immobilien AG was looking for a solution to show tenants the attractiveness of the location and inspire potential new tenants to move into the building.
Implementation/Results
We launched a location magazine that was published biannually – 30 times in 14 years – until the sale of the area in 2019. The client used it for tenant retention and the acquisition of new tenants. In a tenant survey conducted in the interim, 84% rated the magazine as “very good” or “good.”
